After many months of planning and hard work, the staff at KDR’s Minneapolis showroom welcomed members of the design community, KDR executives, representatives from some of the most prestigious furniture and fabric manufacturers and guest of honor, Jack Lenor Larsen, to a memorable grand opening celebration on Thursday, April 12th. Live music by Trillium could be heard while cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from Crave Catering greeted nearly 300 guests as they walked through the door.

Visitors were impressed with the work of our merchandising team whose beautifully designed furniture vignettes were praised throughout the night. With nearly double the square footage of our former showroom, more product is now on display with plenty of space to spare allowing for the addition of new lines in the future. The space was designed with our customers in mind and the objective of simplifying the selection process while providing an inspiring work environment. From the first impressions overheard that evening, it seems that our objectives were met.
We would like to thank everyone who made this evening possible and our clients, colleagues and friends who joined us to celebrate this special occasion.
