How to make a purchase?

A KDR Sales Associate can provide a quote by email or over the phone. Depending on the logistics, it may take up to one business day to provide a full quote that includes cost of transportation and applicable taxes.  If you wish to purchase the items, you will need to return a signed copy of the quotation with payment.



Payment may be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check or credit card. If you have an established KDR account with credit terms, you may purchase on your account.  If you prefer to pay by credit card, please initial and reference a portion of the card number on the quotation form.  For your security, your KDR Sales Associate will contact you for the remaining credit card information.  KDR accepts MasterCard and Visa.

Once payment has been made, KDR will issue a paid invoice and credit card receipt (if applicable).  Transportation can be scheduled that time.

For KDR trade customers with an established account your normal payment terms will apply.



The purchaser will be notified of tracking information for the shipment so delivery arrangements may be made with the carrier.
